WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY

1. 7 Days Returns/Exchange

Please note that HabibiDeal.com will exchange the product only if it is in pristine condition

  • Damage item will be allowed to be exchange within the period of 1 week otherwise product brand warranty is applicable.
  • Delivery and Shipping charges will be applied for those product insisted to be exchange even if it is correct and not faulty item. 

2. Full Refunds

  • In case of cancellation or refund, no cash will be issued nevertheless amount paid by the customer will directly credited in website for the next purchase.

3. How does Return Policy Work?

  1. Email us @ support@habibideal.com
  2. Request for Return of goods
  3. Schedule of pick up will be made
  4. Our courier will collect the supposed returned items on given delivery address
  5. Customer is required to hand over the package as how it was received
  6. Item will be carefully checked and inspected by the Habibideal.com Operations Team.
  7. Approval for replacement or repair will be notified to the Customer.
  8. Customer Service Team will call you to notify the Customer if application is approved.
  9. Once approved, we will provide you with our courier’s Airway Bill Number (AWS)


All warranty conditions indicated are from HabibiDeal.com, unless otherwise noted and/or limited by the manufacturer's warranty policies. The warranty conditions provided by the manufacturer may vary depending on the product. The manufacturer's limited warranty will only cover product manufacturing defects. Any damage acquired while in possession of the customer will not be covered.
